PATRIOTS CUP is an AYSO Invitational Tournament for U10/12/14 Boys and Girls teams.
DATES: Matches will be played June 2nd and 3rd 2012 at Conejo Creek South, Thousand Oaks, CA.
This is a new, larger, location and will allow us to increase the number of teams and pools.
It is east of Highway 23 off Janss Road with plenty of paved parking!.
FEES: Team fees are $450 (U10), $475 (U12) and $500 (U14).
TEAMS: Open by invitation to teams and players registered in AYSO for the 2011-2012 year.
REFEREES: There is no "Referee Deposit". Referees are invited by reputation and recommendation.

APPLICATION: All applications to participate must be made using the forms available on this website.
